Friday’s Funeral Procession Route For Officer Trevor Slot

Walker Police Officer Trevor Slot died on October 13 after getting struck by a car being driven by fleeing bank robbers.  His funeral is on Friday, October 21.  All are encouraged to line the funeral procession route and show support. 

The memorial service starts at 1:00 at Resurrection Life Church in Grandville.  The funeral procession will follow.  The procession is expected to last over an hour.

North on Ivanrest Ave. to 28th St SW
West on 28th St SW to Wilson Ave
North on Wilson Ave to Lake Michigan Drive (M-45)
East on Lake Michigan Drive (M-45) to Kinney Ave NW
North on Kinney Ave NW to Leonard St NW
East on Leonard St NW to Remembrance RD NW
North on Remembrance RD NW to Wilson Ave
South on Wilson Ave to Leonard St NW
West on Leonard St to 8th Ave
South on 8th Ave to Lake Michigan Dr (M-45)
East on Lake Michigan Drive (M-45) to the entrance of Rosedale Cemetery.
