A New Survey Says Beyoncé Has the Hottest Summer Body in the Music Industry 

A recent iHeartRadio survey asked people who had the "hottest summer body" among people in the music industry.  In the end, BEYONCÉ came out on top with 27.3% of the vote.  JENNIFER LOPEZ was second with 23%.

"Fifty Shades of Grey" had the best opening week of any trailer so far this year . . . and its first week isn't even over yet.  The clip has racked up 36.4 million views on YouTube since it was released last Thursday.  The previous high for the year was "Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles" with 31 million views.

According to a tracking firm called Zefr, it's racked up 36.4 million YouTube views since it was released last Thursday.  (Including about 12.5 million views on the official site alone.)

One in Seven People Have Called in Sick to Enjoy the Summer

14% of people admit they've faked being sick to go on a trip during the summer, or just to enjoy nice weather.  That's one out of seven people.  Overall, three out of four people say they're less productive at work during the summer than they are the rest of the year.

1.  Photos in your bathing suit, where you're sitting down and leaning forward, so your gut is front and center.

 

2.  Any photo that shows off your muffin top.

 

3.  Photos with a double chin.  Which isn't really a "summer" thing, just a bad look in general.

OkCupid Finds Your Personality Means Absolutely Nothing For Online Dating . . . All That Matters Is How You Look

OkCupid just analyzed how much photos matter in online dating versus your profile . . . and basically, your photos are EVERYTHING.  They found that the more attractive someone is, the more likely people are to say they have a great personality.  And having a complete profile only makes you about 10% more desirable than just posting photos.

The U.S. Had the Most Plastic Surgeries in the World Last Year, But the Second-Fewest Junk Enlargements

The U.S. had the most plastic surgeries in the world last year . . . just under four million cosmetic surgeries.  Brazil was second.  But we had the second-fewest penile enlargements in the world, with just 61.  Germany had 2,786.

A New App Scans a Restaurant's Wine List and Tells You Everything You Need to Know

There's a new iPhone app called Wineglass that helps you look like a wine expert.  You take a photo of a restaurant's wine list . . . it identifies all the wines . . . tells you what they SHOULD cost . . . what foods they go with . . . and what kind of reviews they get.  The app costs $4.99.

Costco Already Has Their Halloween Stuff Out

A Fist Bump Passes 95% Fewer Germs Than a Handshake

 

 

One day, the handshake is going to disappear entirely and we're all going to fist bump when we meet someone or close a business deal.  And we are all going to be SO COOL.

 

 

A new study in the "American Journal of Infection Control" found that a fist bump is WAY more hygienic than a handshake . . . a fist bump passes about 95% fewer germs than a handshake.

 

 

If you don't want to fist bump, you should at least HIGH FIVE instead of shaking hands.  A high five passes about 50% fewer germs than a handshake.  (The Wire)
