“Sunday Night Football” was last week’s most-watched show.  It won the week with 20.5 million viewers, but it was a close battle for the top three spots.  “The Big Bang Theory” was second with 20.4 million, and “NCIS” returned with 20 million in third.

 

 

Here are the top 20 shows:

 

 

1.  “Sunday Night Football: New England at Atlanta”, NBC, 20.5 million viewers.  The Patriots beat the Falcons, 30-23.

 

2.  Fans of CBS’s “The Big Bang Theory, got a two-episode 7th season premiere. The first episode drew 20.4 million viewers.

 

3.  The 11th season premiere of “NCIS”, CBS, 20 million viewers.

 

4.  The second episode of “The Big Bang Theory” premiere, CBS, 19 million viewers.

 

5.  The 5th season premiere of “NCIS: Los Angeles”, CBS, 16.4 million viewers.

 

 

6.  The series premiere of “The Crazy Ones”, CBS, 15.5 million viewers.

 

7.  Monday’s 5th season premiere of “The Voice”, NBC, 15 million viewers.

Ratings for All Eleven New Shows That Premiered Last Week

 

 

Eleven new shows premiered last week.  The new Robin Williams sitcom “The Crazy Ones” outperformed the rest with 15.5 million viewers.  It destroyed “The Michael J. Fox Show”, which premiered in the same time slot with only 7.2 million viewers.

 

 

“The Crazy Ones”, “The Blacklist” and “Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D” were the only three debuts to crack the Top 20.  Here’s a summary of how the new shows did in the ratings:

 

 

  The series premiere of “The Crazy Ones” attracted 15.5 million viewers.  That’s the sitcom starring Robin Williams and Sarah Michelle Gellar as father and daughter.

 

  The series premiere of “The Blacklist” got 12.6 million viewers.  James Spader plays a criminal who blackmails the FBI into helping him stop terrorists.

 

  The series premiere of “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D” also opened strong with 12.1 million viewers.  This was ABC’s best drama debut in four years.

 

  The series premiere of the ABC sitcom “The Goldbergs” got 9 million viewers.

 

  The series premiere of James Caan’s little league sitcom, “Back in the Game”, attracted 8 million viewers.

 

  The series premiere of Anna Faris’ sitcom “Mom” drew a decent 8 million viewers.

 

  The series premiere of “The Michael J. Fox Show” attracted 7.5 million viewers.

 

  The series premiere of the new Toni Collette drama, “Hostages” got a disappointing 7.4 million viewers.  Dylan McDermott from “The Practice” plays the bad guy.

 

  The series premiere of “Trophy Wife” attracted 6.7 million viewers.  That one stars Malin Akerman as Bradley Whitford’s third wife.

 

  The series premiere of “Lucky 7″ drew 4.4 million viewers.  It’s an ABC drama about seven gas station employees who win the lottery.

 

  The series premiere of Showtime’s “Masters of Sex” got just shy of 1 million viewers.

A new survey found people are actually MORE worried about older relatives driving than family members who’ve been drinking.  About three out of five people said their elderly PARENTS were a bigger risk.

A Man Calls 911 to Report His Girlfriend Is on Fire . . . and the 911 Dispatcher Laughs?

Last week, a guy in Arizona got into an accident where his car and his GIRLFRIEND both caught on fire.  So he called 911 . . . and the dispatcher LAUGHED.  When the guy called her out, she said she was laughing at something ELSE.  Rescue crews arrived, and the girlfriend is recovering, but the sheriff’s department is investigating the dispatcher.
