If you're looking for some fun this weekend, you might want to check out the National Blueberry Festival in South Haven.  Even though scattered thunderstorms are in the forecast for Friday night and Saturday, the festival is in full swing.

Friday night until 8 p.m. you can enjoy some BBQ at the Blueberry Bark-B-Que which is a fundraiser for the Al-Van Humane Society.  Then enjoy Michigan beer and wine while you listen to live music and of course rides and games are going on with the Kids Zone unitl dusk.

Saturday morning they’re kicking things off with the Blueberry Festival 5k Run/Walk.  You can also do yoga on the beach or forgo all the healthy exercise and just head down for the Blueberry Pancake Breakfast from 8 a.m. to noon.

At 11 a.m. The MBG Blueberry Festival Parade will roll through downtown along Huron St.  They’ll also have the kids zone open with cool stuff like zip-lining and  climbing wall set up and the Art and Crafts Festival will be going on as well.

They’ll wrap up Saturday with more live music and the Steelheaders Fish Boil.
