The Detroit Tigers Receive Their 11th Sports Illustrated Cover

On June 17th the Tigers will receive their 11th Sports Illustrated cover.  Prince Fielder and Miguel Cabrera will grace the cover of the legendary sporting magazine.  The duo are featured as the "Bash Bros - The swing-from-the-heels power and awesomeness of Miguel Cabrera and Prince Fielder - Baseball's 21st-century version of Mantle and Maris."  Those are some pretty big words guys...  Better not let us down this season!

Sports Illustrated’s 2012 SportsKids Of The Year – Conner and Cayden Long [Video]

I know that when I was a kid, the last thing my older brother wanted to do was involve me in any of the sports and things he did with the rest of the boys in the neighborhood, but that's not the case when it comes to Conner and Cayden Long. This week, Wes Leonard is featured in Sports Illustrated.

Leonard died on March 3, 2011, after hitting a game-winning shot for Fennville's high school basketball team.
