Ramen noodles are a favorite fast food choice among the Japanese and a staple of many college students' diets, which may be why many wouldn't consider a ramen noodle restaurant to be particularly gourmet. However, that idea has been proven wrong. Tsuta, a nine-seat noodle bar in Tokyo, has just received a Michelin star.
