Grand Rapids Police Department Offers Safety Tips For Trick-or-Treating
The City of Grand Rapids will be observing Halloween for kids who wish to trick-or-treat on Friday, October 31st from dusk until 8 p.m. (The GRPD says to be safe, we'll call "dusk" 6 p.m.) The city asks that you please respect neighbors who do not have their porch lights on, signally that they are not participating.
