The Showdown is back. Just remember to listen each weekday at 6:30 pm for The Channel 95-7 New Music Showdown. We will pit two up and coming artists or songs against each other and you determine which one we will play each day! The winner moves on to the next day to take on a new artist and song, and you will vote for the winner again.

Fun. were all about cannonballs and bombast in their video for 'Some Nights,' the title track of their breakout sophomore record. However, the band are backing away from the Civil War and back into their normal lives for their clip for 'Carry On.'

David Letterman may not be young, but Fun. are — and they celebrated it by performing their inescapable hit on ‘The Late Show’ last night.

The band Fun. has experienced some great success recently with their hit "We Are Young". Heck, we even play it here on Channel 95-7. But, Yahoo!'s Sketchy - a weekly comedy series - decided that they needed to make the song more applicable for 30-somethings. Check out what I mean in the video after the jump.
