The City of Muskegon has reached it's goal of raising $50,000 to construct a leashless downtown dog park.  The campaign's funding was greatly aided by a $25,000 grant from PetSafe. PetSafe launched 'Bark for Your Park' in 2011 to help communities build off-leash dog parks all around the country...

In order to keep postal and utility workers safe, a new proposed bill would put "dangerous" dogs or dogs who are biters on a registry list.
