Here's something you may not know about me: I don't particularly enjoy exercise. It's not so much the act of exercising as it is the sweating, shortness of breath, and time that it takes to exercise. So, I just forgo it all together.
But, after seeing all of my friends stepping up and running marathons, half marathons, 25Ks and so much more, I felt a call to action. So, I've all but decided that I'll be running a 5K in August.
