Principal Cancels School For ‘Good Weather’ Day

Bellingham Christan School in Washington has the day off today. All because the principal said he wanted them to have a good weather day off.

So, here’s the scoop. Washington had a pretty mild weather and the school has several built in snow days. Since those snow days didn’t get used the kids get to stay home today to have a good weather day.

Bob Samson, the principal at the school sent a note home earlier this week saying that normally the school will cancel class if there’s terrible weather. So, why not cancel for fabulous weather?

Good question Bob, good question.
