In this day and age, it's hard to come across anyone who isn't concerned with eating healthy, portion control, or calorie counting. I've never been one of those people, really, but I'll often read the back of a box and think to myself "who only eats 7 Wheat Thins? Seriously?". But now, we can see what 200 calories look like in terms of a lot of our favorite foods. And some of it is a little depressing. Check it out after the jump.
