New 20,000 Square Foot Entertainment Complex Coming To Downtown GR

The Gilmore Collection is teaming up with Orion Real Estate Solutions to bring this new entertainment complex to downtown Grand Rapids.

The Venue is set to be built at Fulton Street and Ottawa Avenue, near The Bob. Developers say this would create 120 jobs, plus accommodate 2,400 visitors.

WZZM 13 reports the 20,000 square foot complex will feature food kiosks, and a beer garden.

But wait, there's more!

A second 20-story building, called The Venue Towers, would be integrated into The Venue. This would include 104 market-rate apartments and a skywalk that will go to the Ottawa Avenue parking ramp.
