Katie’s Easy Peasy Peanut Butter Cookies

Today, for our cookie recipe exchange, we're featuring Katie's Easy Peasy Peanut Butter Cookies!

Easy Peasy Peanut Butter Cookies:
(This is a great, cheap cookie recipe that doesn't take forever creaming crap, slowly mixing into whatever, it's fail proof... and really yummy!!!)

1c peanut butter
1c sugar (white sugar)
1 egg

Drop onto cookie sheet using a teaspoon (or a pampered chef melon baller works AWESOME!! P.S. don't smash the cookies! If you MUST smash them, use a fork as usual and cut baking time by a few minutes). Bake at 350F for 12 minutes. Take out at 12 minutes and let rest for a couple more minutes to finish baking. (The cookies will fall apart if you try to move them too quickly). Move to paper bag/cooking area and enjoy!
