We recently told you about a man who was jumped downtown last week, police have identified and arrested 5 suspects.

The incident happened on July 28 near Rosa Parks Circle when a group of teens jumped a man who was walking near them around 10:15 p.m. The assault was caught on video, and that video helped police identify the suspects.

According to WZZM-13 the Kent County Prosecutor's Office has authorized charges of Assault with Intent to do Great Bodily Harm less than Murder for four juveniles and a 17-year-old.

Grand Rapids Police say the investigation is still on going but the charge has a maximum penalty of 10 years in prison and a $5,000 fine.
