Crazy Footage of a Tampa Bay Waterspout

Did you know this happens? A waterspout appears to be a tornado, but is actually a water formation that occurs over the ocean. The clouds don't literally suck the water into the air, it's a beam of condensation. It is possible for them to turn into a weak tornado once they've touched land. It was reported that this one did hit someone's house, causing some minor damage.
