The tale of the black eyed seal babies is an urban legend gone horribly wrong! Fish found a list of urban legends from around the country and was trying to be all creepy telling a story about “The Black-eyed Children” when Connie and Steve decided that this story was just kinda silly. Personally, we prefer the baby seal with the limp wrist story better.
