A new study out of Sweden has shown that a commute more than 30 miles long can actually shorten your life span. The study said that sitting in that much traffic can lead to high blood pressure and heart disease.
A long commute also creates an unhealthy level of stress, which can also shorten your life.
The study also found that women were more effected by commuting than men and that those with long commutes were more likely to get divorced.
