The Michigan Irish Music Festival in Muskegon has announced that they are cancelling this year’s festival due to COVID-19 concerns. The organizers say the current live event guidelines, uncertainty about the pandemic and the current surge of COVID 19 cases in Michigan all played factors into the cancelation.
This year marks the 25th anniversary of one of the biggest franchises in the world and they are going all out to celebrate with star studded performances throughout the year.
Last year just about everything was cancelled or postponed due to the coronavirus. That included many of the events at Frederik Meijer Gardens and Sculpture park. Hopefully 2021 will be a better year. With those hopes, they have released their schedule of events for 2021.
