As Kalamazoo County sees an increase in COVID-19 cases with around 15% of the cases affecting school-aged kids, the district has made the decision to stay virtual until March.
The kiosk will not only take your temperature hands-free, but you can also get needed PPE from it as well, during normal business hours of Grand Rapids City Hall.
The stay-in-place order is meant to help slow the spread of COVID-19 cases in Washtenaw County where according to ClickonDetroit, 60% of the cases are UofM students.
After 19 students tested positive over the last few weeks and now over 400 students are asked to quarantine, the school district will go to virtual learning until October 23rd.
