Baby Snow Leopard Born At John Ball Zoo

John Ball Zoo has announced the birth of a baby snow leopard!

The snow leopard was born at John Ball Zoo about two weeks ago, but will not be available for the public to view for a few more weeks.  (sorry if you were hoping to see it as part of a Father’s Day weekend trip)

In fact, the picture you see above of a baby snow leopard is not a picture of the baby snow leopard at John Ball Zoo.  Not even John Ball’s zookeepers have been able to get a good picture yet.  Don’t worry, there will be plenty of pictures as soon as Mom gives baby a little space.

Here’s more on the baby snow leopard from mlive.com.
