I wonder if we're about to go through a culture shift.  First, Justin Bieber quit doing meet and greets or taking pics with fans and now this interaction with Adele.  We've become so addicted to filming and taking pics for social media posts at everything we do.  It has to be very annoying for performers to have to look out and see people just watching through their smart phone.. or the hated 'head down' while they post it to Instagram or Snapchat. I've tried talking to teenagers and it's annoying.

That's what makes this so great,  Adele was performing a show Sunday night  in Verona, Italy when she stopped the concert to tell a fan to quit filming her and enjoy the show live...in real life.

“Could you stop filming me with that video camera? Because I’m really here in real life, you can enjoy it in real life rather than through your camera. Can you take your tripod down? This isn’t a DVD, this is a real show.  And I'd really like you to enjoy my show, because there’s lots of people outside that couldn’t come in”

Boom.  Adele -1 / Fan who probably paid a lot to be there -0

(p.s. When you shoot cellphone video, always hold your phone sideways, then it'll fill up the screen)
