Zombies are everywhere, even in the Michigan "Click It Or Ticket" commercials! By the way, I rate this man's scream a solid 10.

Police are stepping up seat-belt enforcement for the next few weeks, and they're bringing in some Halloween fun to get word out. The Michigan State Police are running Seat-belt Zombie Zones on Halloween, in other words, they will be checking to make sure you're buckled up.

So be prepared for a zombie attack, buckle up!
