Zayn Malik’s First Single & Video as a Solo Artist [Video]

After announcing he was leaving the group, people have been anticipating what was to come for former One Direction member, Zayn Malik.

On Friday, the wait was officially over as Zayn dropped the video to his new single, "Pillowtalk." The video stars rumored girlfriend, Gigi Hadid, which due to some hot and heavy making out, pretty much confirms these two are a couple.

If this song is a precursor as to what's to come from Zayn then we have a lot to look forward to. "Pillowtalk" is slower but with a great beat, lyrics and extremely catchy. What exactly does the song mean? Let's just say he's moved on from his boy band days and is on to more "mature" topics now.

The video is artistically trippy and includes tears of blood, melting flowers, lots of colors and of course a make out sesh.

"Pillowtalk" is Zayn's first single off his debut solo album "Mind of Mine."
