Your Bedroom Wall Color Determines How You Sleep
The wall color of your bedroom can actually determine how well you sleep.
The study looked at 10 different paint colors and tried to determine how they affected your mood in correlation with sleep.
Results showed that the best color to paint your bedroom is blue. Those with blue bedrooms averaged nearly 8 hours of sleep every night. Supposedly, the blue color of the walls actually triggers brain receptors that are trained to help you sleep.
The worst color was purple. Purple wall painters only got about five hours of shut eye. The theory with purple is that it is one of the most stimulating colors. This color allows your brain to think instead of shutting down.
