This might not be the best way to get back at your boyfriend if he leaves you.

A Wyoming woman is facing jail time after she allegedly posted ads on Craigslist saying her old boyfriend and his new girlfriend were up for some sex romps.

28 year old Tabitha Penland is accused of posting the ads after the ads posted prompted a flurry of phone responses to the two victims, 'many sexually graphic in nature' according to the court documents.

FYI -- Using a computer for such an offense carries a four year prison term, while unlawful posting of a message is punishable by up to two years in prison, so maybe you might want to refrain from posting such ads on Craiglist or any other site that may generate some harassment.

Tabitha will be in court today for a probable cause hearing on the charges. She has admitted that she was the one who posted the numbers to Craiglist, in an effort to exact revenge.

This isn't the first time in Kent County computer postings were used to harass an indivdual. A pair of local women are facing charges for an incident earlier this year where they allegedly posted the address of a Lowell woman on the web site Ashley Madison, which is designed for men to find woman available for extra marital relations. This allegedly resulted in allegedly creepy dudes showing up at her house.

State lawmakers in 2001 passed legislation making it illegal to post an online message that leads a person to feel terrorized, frightened or intimidated. About a half-dozen people have been prosecuted in Kent County under the statute.
