Woman Gets Case Of “Lotto Fever” [Video]

A Missouri woman got the "lotto fever" pretty bad.

The woman just seems like she's maybe drunk on lotto (or maybe it's rum). She's explaining to the reporter how excited she is about the lottery and even makes a Rihanna reference that she's going to "Shine Bright Like A Diamond"...what?

Then her friend, hopefully it's her friend, walks up and she brushes her hand across the woman's chin. You can tell by the woman's face that this is not normal behavior for the lotto lady.

Then the woman explains that she would help her "Community" if she won.
