Miss USA Didn't Even Know the Capital of the

State She Represented 

Our new Miss USA, NIA SANCHEZ doesn't even know the capital of Nevada, the state she represented in the pageant.  She got stumped by a radio host who asked her to name it.  It's Carson City, by the way.  There's a controversy over whether Sanchez FAKED her Nevada residency to enter the pageant, but both she and pageant officials say it's all above-board.

Today's the 20th anniversary of the O.J. SIMPSON Bronco chase.  And there's some old footage of O.J. that his manager released . . . where he's grooving and laughing as he listens to a rap song about the murder of his WIFE.  The lyrics include, "In the trial of the century lies a hero's destiny.  Tell me O.J. what's it gonna be?  . . . Is this the face of a guilty man?  They say the murder glove don't even fit his hand."

MARIAH CAREY has a new drink called Butterfly, which she describes as MELODIC and INTERACTIVE.  And by interactive, it just means you download an app, scan your device over the bottle and get some exclusive content.  Also, Butterfly is meant to be enjoyed from a CHAMPAGNE FLUTE, and like all high-class beverages, it will be sold at Walgreen's.

Tracy Morgan Has Been Upgraded to "Fair Condition" 

 

 

TRACY MORGAN spent nine days in critical condition, but his recovery is coming along.  His rep says, quote, "Happy to pass along that Tracy has been upgraded to fair condition, which is a great improvement.

Here are a few random facts for you.  When you add up all the views, human beings have spent more than 140 million hours watching "Gangnam Style" on YouTube.  That's 16,000 YEARS.  "Eyes Wide Shut" set a record for filming for 400 days without a break.  And the only two states where it's totally legal to film porn are California and New Hampshire.

1.  The "Gangnam Style" video on YouTube is at more than 2 billion views, which means human beings have spent 140 million total hours watching it.  That's 16,000 YEARS.

 

 

2.  The reason doctors wear blue or green scrubs is because those are on the opposite side of the color wheel from red and pink . . . which makes those colors clearer during surgery.

 

 

3.  Disney World and Disneyland employees who dress up as characters and walk around the parks have to go through special training to learn how to do their character's correct autograph.

A 24-year-old mother from Indiana died in a freak accident on Saturday night.  She was drunk, a friend was driving her home, she leaned out the window to throw up, her head hit something . . . and she DIED.  The guy driving the minivan was arrested for drunk driving and causing serious bodily injury.
