This totally sounds like a hoax story for Halloween, but a British singer named KATIE MELUA recently went to the doctor because of a scratching noise in her head . . . and found she had a SPIDER living in her ear.

 

 

It was a jumping spider, and it had been in there for a WEEK.  They think it might have crawled in off a pair of headphones she used on a flight . . . an ear specialist used a suction device to get it out.

 

 

Katie even posted a photo of it on Instagram . . . then took it home and set it free in her garden.  Oh, and she also once released a single called "Spider's Web".  Seriously.

"Nightcrawler" and "Ouija" Finished in a Dead Heat at the Box Office

 

 

JAKE GYLLENHAAL's "Nightcrawler" and the horror movie "Ouija" finished in a virtual tie at the box office this weekend with $10.9 million each.  Based on studio estimates, less than $10,000 separated the two movies.  Official numbers will be released later today.

2.  "Ouija", $10.9 million.  Up to $35 million in its 2nd week.

ARNOLD SCHWARZENEGGER and SINBAD'S 1996 Christmas movie, "Jingle All the Way", didn't leave ANYONE wanting more.  Nonetheless, a sequel is on the way . . . although it doesn't feature Arnold or Sinbad.

 

 

"Jingle All the Way 2" stars LARRY THE CABLE GUY and WWE wrestler SANTINO MARELLA.  It's a direct-to-video release . . . and will be out on DVD and Blu-ray on December 2nd.  (Here's the trailer.)

 

 

(On the WWE, Santino speaks with a goofy Italian accent.  He doesn't talk in the trailer, so it's unclear if he's bringing that with him.  Santino's real name is Anthony Carelli . . . and he's Canadian.)

The First Trailer for "Furious 7" Is Out 

 

 

The first trailer for the next "Fast and the Furious" movie, "Furious 7", was released over the weekend.  The movie will mark the final time PAUL WALKER is seen onscreen, following his death last November.

 

 

The movie was in the middle of production when Paul died.  Computer-generated effects and his real-life brothers were used to help complete his work.  "Furious 7" hits theaters on April 3rd.  (Here's the video.)

You say you're not going to watch it, but come on . . . you know you totally are.  I'm speaking, of course, of the Lifetime movie "Grumpy Cat's Worst Christmas Ever", which premieres on November 29th.

 

 

It stars AUBREY PLAZA from "Parks and Recreation" as the voice of Grumpy Cat . . . and basically nobody else you've ever heard of.  Lifetime posted the first trailer on Friday.  Are you psyched?

 

Chris Rock Did a Lot of Material About Terrorism on "Saturday Night Live" 

 

 

CHRIS ROCK hosted "Saturday Night Live" this weekend, and did a lot of material on TERRORISM.

 

 

That's basically all his monologue was . . . from the Boston Marathon bombing to the Freedom Tower on the site of the World Trade Center, to the eventual commercialization of 9/11.

 

 

Then, he appeared in a skit as one of two terrorists trying to find investors for ISIS on the TV show "Shark Tank".
