Kanye West Has to Stay 10 Yards From the Photographer He Assaulted . . . But He Doesn't Have to Take Anger Management Classes 

A judge has ordered KANYE WEST to maintain a distance of 10 yards from the photographer he assaulted at LAX this summer.

Prosecutors also wanted Kanye to attend anger management classes as a condition of his parole, but for some reason, the judge didn't think he needed them.

According to a new survey, 34% of people say they're Facebook friends with people they don't like, and wouldn't talk to if they bumped into them in real life.  The top reason why is to be able to monitor that person's photos or status updates to see what they're up to, and see whether they're succeeding or failing.

You Spend One Out of Every 12 Minutes Online

Frankly, this sounds LOW.  According to a new study, the average person spends about ONE out of every TWELVE waking minutes on the Internet.

The average person spends about 85 minutes every day online.  That works out to 43 hours a month . . . or 21-and-a-half full days per year.

In 2010, the average person spent 22 hours a month online . . . or about HALF of the current amount.  What's the big change since 2010?  That's when the iPad came out and tablets became ANOTHER way for us to go online.   (Daily Mail)

We'll never know WHY the first person who did it decided to name their car . . . although I suppose if guys can give a name to their genitalia, they should also name the thing they buy to overcompensate for the size of their genitalia.

According to a new survey, about one out of four people name their CAR.

11 years ago . . . in 2002 - TRACE ADKINS was building a gravel road for his farm in Tennessee when the road collapsed and his TRACTOR FELL ON HIM.  Trace suffered some crush injuries but didn't die.

9 years ago . . . in 2004 - MARTHA STEWART officially became inmate #55170-054 when she began her five-month sentence at Camp Cupcake, in West Virginia.

2 years ago . . . in 2011 - Oakland Raiders Hall of Fame owner AL DAVIS died at the age of 82.  He was the only executive in NFL history to be an assistant coach, head coach, general manager, commissioner and owner.
