TNT Has Canceled "Dallas"

TNT is NOT bringing "Dallas" back for a fourth season.  The revival started off strong back in 2012 . . . but the ratings trailed off after LARRY HAGMAN'S death, which they addressed on the show by killing J.R. in Season Two.

It seems like the producers thought the show might continue, because Season Three ended last month with a few cliffhangers:  The death of JESSE METCALFE'S character, and the arrival of J.R.'s long lost daughter.

Even though the ratings weren't great at the end, the show did have a loyal audience.  And they've launched an online petition to save it.  (Last we checked, it had over 43,000 signatures.)
