Volunteering At Assisted Living 4-3-17 Podcast

We were talking about assisted living residents today and got a call from a listener about volunteering. It turns out that most nursing homes and assisted living homes rely pretty heavily on their volunteer staff to improve the quality of life for their residents. The homes have nursing staffs, but often times those people won't have enough time in their day to give everyone at the home the attention they need, so volunteers are the perfect way to give extra attention to each resident.
