This has been one of the most controversial and dividing elections in history so its no surprise that an issue occurred at the polls today.

The Detroit Free Press is reporting that two women, one a Clinton supporter and the other a Trump supporter, got into an altercation this morning at a voting poll in Ypsilanti Township.

The altercation occurred just outside of the polling location, after both women had already voted. They got into an argument over who each of them voted for. According to the sheriff's department in Washtenaw County,

...A male subject interjected himself into the argument, ended up pushing down one of the females and then more people started getting involved in this back and forth verbal altercation..."

Officers arrived on scene just in time before anything got out of hand. No one was arrested and no one was injured.

Can we please go back to the days when we were nice to each other?
