Researchers have found that making your bed every morning could be bad for your health.

An article that came out in 2005 that really didn't make the rounds called "Why You Should NEVER Make Your Bed" is now getting some attention. In the article it talks about a study that found out making your bed every morning could be making you sick and is a breeding ground for dust mites.

The study states that pulling the blankets up traps your sweat, helps dust mites survive, and due to this you inhale the allergens which can make your allergies worse, or cause asthma attacks. It also found that the average bed has up to 1.5 million dust mites living in it...awesome.

If you don't make your bed the moisture procured overnight dries out because it's exposed to light and fresh air, which kills a lot of the dust mites.

Guess we won't be making our beds anytime soon!
