The “95-7 Throwback Of The Day” 2/23

Today's "Throwback" takes us back to 1989. "Opposites Attract" by Paula Abdul, featured on her debut album "Forever Your Girl" is awesome because its half cartoon... And mostly awesome for that reason.  Vocals on the song, in addition to Abdul, were provided by Bruce DeShazer and Marv Gunn, aka 'The Wild Pair' who was portrayed by MC Scat Cat in the video. "Opposites Attract" was the sixth and final single from the album, and achieved success in many countries, including the US and Australia where it was a #1 hit on Billboard.
