I think it is safe to say that we will not be flying TransAsia anytime soon. A second plane this year has crashed with 58 passengers and crew. A dashboard camera captured it as it crashes into Taipei river Twenty-three people were killed and 20 were being sought by rescuers Fifteen were injured - at least nine seriously - and are being treated at local hospitals...
