Police plan to plan to close the investigation into the death of Michigan doctor Teleka Patrick whose body was found in an Indiana lake. Indiana State Police Detective Sgt. Rick Strong told the Kalamazoo Gazette that toxicology tests for Teleka Patrick turned up "nothing out of the ordinary." Investigators in Indiana had been waiting for the results of the tests since April.

The Kalamazoo County Sheriff held a news conference Wednesday morning on further developments in the case of missing Kalamazoo doctor Teleka Patrick. The Indiana State Police have confirmed that the body found in Lake Charles on Sunday is that of the missing Kalamazoo woman.
