no-fault insurance

Motorists in Michigan are required to purchase unlimited, lifetime medical benefits under Michigan's no-fault law.  Michigan's Senate Bill 293 would change that requirement. Under Bill 293 Michigan motorists would be able to choose their own level of coverage.
