MI Suing M22 Clothing Company Over Trademark
The popular Michigan retail company, M22, is being sued by the state over trademark issues.
9 & 10 News reports that this isn't the first time the company has been hit with a lawsuit. In 2012, Attorney General Bill Schuette stated that no entity can trademark state highways because its part of the public domain.
