Ice Brigade

The World of Winter Festival continues in downtown Grand Rapids through Sunday, February 28th. This weekend you can check out over 80 ice sculptures as part of Valent-ICE.

Ice Brigade is the first reality show of its kind and will not get the cold shoulder in the ratings ... because  at least one episode was filmed at Rosa Parks Circle downtown Grand Rapids... so, it has to be good! Local ice gurus (yes there is such a thing) Randy Finch and Derek Maxfield need your help for an upcoming episode of "Ice Brigade", the Food Network show they are featured on. They will be painting a 15'x15' chess board on the ice at Rosa Parks Circle and giant blocks of ice will be carved into the chess pieces...
