Think about it, when was the last time you jumped rope? I can confidently say that I haven't picked one of them up since I was probably 12-years-old, so I'm pretty out of practice. When I was a kid, I was always jealous of the people who could double dutch, because I couldn't figure it out. And now I'm jealous of this dog for that same reason.

Geronimo is a 2-year-old cattle dog mix that her owners rescued from a shelter. Not only is she able to double dutch better than most humans, she can also catch a frisbee in mid-air and then do a back flip. I'm not kidding. Check out the video after the jump!

Poor Rocco, just staring longingly into the mirror, whimpering. His sorrow is evident. Maybe he forgot where he buried his favorite bone. Maybe his favorite stuffed toy finally lost too much stuffing and had to go to the big dog toy box in the sky. Maybe he saw that girl dog that he's had a thing for sniffing some other guy's butt that morning.

Whatever it is, this poor little guy is awfully sad. And Adele isn't helping matters any.
