A Great Big World

Epic Records will unwrap its first holiday EP "I'll Be Home For Christmas" on Monday (Nov. 24) via Walmart, iTunes and other digital outlets. Epic Records Chairman and CEO L.A. Reid curated the track listing, which includes songs from Meghan Trainor, Fiona Apple, Fifth Harmony, Tamar Braxton, Sara Bareilles, Ingrid Michaelson and A Great Big World.

I'm kind of obsessed with A Great Big World's song "Say Something". I've loved it since the first time I heard it, and unlike a lot of hit songs, I don't think that it's been covered very many times. Until now. The folks at PostModern Jukebox took a stab at the hit, giving it a jazzy feel, and let me tell you, this version is just as good as the original.

Ever hear a song, and you just want to cry? 'Say Something' by A Great Big World has that effect, even for 4-year-old Jackson.

Like her chart-topping sister Lorde, little sis India Yelich-O'Connor seems to want to break into the music business. The 15-year-old recently uploaded a cover of A Great Big World and Christina Aguilera's 'Say Something' to SoundCloud.

I can't believe I've already made it to the moment of unveiling my No. 1 song of 2013! There are so many songs that I loved this year that it was really hard to narrow it down to just 10. But when I started to compile my list, I knew straight away that my No. 1 song of the year would be "Say Something," by A Great Big World. This song spoke to me from the moment that I first heard it.
