Thanks for listening!I’m joined by Kendall College of Art and Design President Dr. David Rosen and Grand Rapids Downtown Development Authority Executive Director Kristopher Larson, who are both new to Grand Rapids. We chat about what was appealing to them about the Grand Rapids area, some of the things they first connected with and enjoyed in our community the first time they came here to interview, similarities in Grand Rapids to the cities they came from in California, Kristopher talks about the role of the Downtown Development Authority, some of the goals he has on his checklist for the DDA, David’s goals for Kendall, Kendall’s big commitments to ArtPrize, upcoming events for each of their organizations, bringing their out of state friends to Michigan to visit and the places they like to show them, some of the amenities they would like to see in Grand Rapids, and more……
