The Grand Rapids Police Department is investigating a bullet hole found in a cruiser window.

According to WOOD-TV 8, the bullet hole was found early Wednesday morning while the cruiser was parked at Grand Coney on Michigan and Eastern. The officers were on their break, and were not inside the vehicle at the time of the shooting. Police say the bullet hole was found in the rear passenger side window.

The real mystery is why no one in the area heard shots. Of the twenty patrons at the restaurant, no one heard a thing. Police shut down Grand Coney while they investigated, but have yet to come up with any suspects.
