Seems That West Michigan Was A Very Romantic Place in 1949
Romance was in the air all over West Michigan in 1949. At least that’s what Chevrolet said.

Imagine touring around our West Michigan, the Holland Tulip Festival, resort areas up north, and more, on our beautiful 2-lane highways. Okay, all of our major roads were only 2-lane highways. The interstate, expressway system wasn’t even considered until 1956, other than a parkway in Southern California.
