Scientists Turn Boiling Water Into Snow Instantly [Video]

This cold weather we've been having makes a lot of people miserable, but it created some fun for a few scientists. Turns out, if you throw boiling water into the air when it's -13 degrees Fahrenheit, you can turn it into snow! Check it out after the jump!
