When you think of Bourbon Street in New Orleans, you generally think of partying, Mardi Gras, beads, and plenty of booze, and that's not just the case during Mardi Gras. For the past week, thousands of people have invaded the city to celebrate this weekend's Super Bowl, and a reporter was on the scene to talk about what's been going on in the French Quarter when an obviously intoxicated woman stumbled into the shot and started yelling. The result, and the reporter's reaction, are priceless.
