Curtis' personal friend, Charlie Shortino, is apparently the king of awkward comedy.  During the Morning Show on Madison, Wisconsin's NBC 15, weather man Charlie Shortino decides to do a little bit of banter with an anchor woman when she passes it him for the weather report.  What Charlie says is completely out of left field and probably semi-offensive to some people.  Check it out below...
