Police Officer Dances At Mardi Gras

Check out this cop who went all out at Mardi Gras!

Okay a few questions about this...

1. Why in the heck is a cop allowed to dance during a Mardi Gras celebration...isn't he supposed to be fighting crime and keeping people safe?
2. How does he know the dance this well...where is he learning this!?!!?

Unfortunately, both of these questions cannot be answered. Super unfortunate.

Anyhow, just enjoy the fantastic dancing and celebrating. Also notice how they're not wearing coats wherever they are. Can the weather eve be like that here in Michigan?
