Package Thief Caught on Video [Video]

Ahh! Videos like this one drives me nuts! The good news is justice has been served.

This video shows a 21-year-old woman getting out of her car, walking up to the porch of a house, and taking a package. The thing is, this is not her house, thus the package does not belong to her.

We call that theft.
